Our wines

Our icon wine is made from the most select of our own vineyards. These vineyards are cultivated in a sustainable way and oriented to produce the best grapes possible. Its personality reflects the synchrony of seasonal conditions and the people who bring this wine to fruition. Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, selected, assembled and toasted one by one.

Limited editions from selected and delimited vineyards, hand harvested. Each bottle is the purest expression of its grape variety and of the terroir of that vintage. Recognized by international juries. Ageing according to grape variety and vintage, in barrel and stainless steel.

Named after the small hills of the Central Valley. Young, expressive and fruity wines that faithfully reflect the typicity of each grape variety. We want you to pay only for the content that you will drink, we do not want you to pay more for packaging that you are going to throw away. No oak ageing or only a brief one, to preserve the fruit. It is a highly appreciated Best Value varietal in our international markets. It will surprise you.

Two worlds, two winemakers, one vision. César, based in the USA, and Miguel, between Chile and Germany, explore different Chilean terroirs in search of grapes with identity. Hand-picked and carefully selected at the winery, they receive minimal intervention to give life to "natural" wines with a lot of character. Small batches of each vintage.
